It is fairly submitted on behalf of the appellant that nothing survives for him to contest this appeal as the same has now become infructuous save and except the directions which have been given by orders dated 20.07.2012 and 03.07.2013. Accordingly, this appeal is being disposed of with further direction to the Magadh University to take steps for compliance

Patna High Court LPA No.1895 of 2011(21) dt.27-11-2017 2/2 of the directions contained in the orders dated 20.07.2012 and 03.07.2013, so that proper Statute is framed in accordance with law in respect of constitution of the Governing Body. It is expected that the Statute will finally be framed within a period of six months.
