JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-06-2019 Mr. Satya Ranjan Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied if the representation preferred before the District Magistrate, Darbhanga dated 09.04.2019 is directed to be disposed of within a stipulated period.

It appears that the petitioner had applied for the post of Anganwari Sevika at a particular centre but no decision could be taken. It has been submitted that some enquiry also was made and the person who was appointed was found to be wrongly appointed. Thereafter, the process has not been concluded. It is only for concluding the process

Patna High Court CWJC No.12289 of 2019(2) dt.24-06-2019 2/2 of appointment that a representation has been filed by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Darbhanga which has been referred in the writ petition and such representation has been annexed as Annexure-2 to the writ petition.

The District Magistrate, Darbhanga is under an obligation to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2019 by a reasoned order, if he has not yet disposed of the same.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed of.
