The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 54/19 arising out of Pirbahor P.S. Case No. 273/19 instituted for the offences under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985.

It appears that 50 grams of ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner denies the same. He is in custody since 06.05.2019.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation, quantum of recovery and the period of custody, the

No.35920 of 2020(2) dt.25-01-2021 2/2 petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge -XXII, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 54/19 arising out of Pirbahor P.S. Case No. 273/19.
