2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32(3), 41(1), 41(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. Total 119 liters of Toddy has been recovered from an auto and apprehended person disclosed the name of petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the alleged vehicle and has been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature, in which, he is on bail.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge of Excise-II, Aurangabad in connection with G.R. No. 799 of 2025, arising out of Excise P.S. Case No. 439 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
