The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bhore P. S. Case No. 1316 of 2019, dated 01.10.2019, instituted for the offence under Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Mr. Vyas Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek bail. As and when such an application shall be filed before the court below, it shall be considered on its own

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36009 of 2020(2) dt.05-04-2021 2/2 merit, without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained by this Court. The petition is dismissed with aforesaid observation.
