The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 149/2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2021, he is a person with clean antecedents, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the informant alleges that she alongwith her friend went to Fashion Tailor, Pachrukhi Bazar on 24.06.2021. It is further alleged that the Tailor Master called her in the shop for

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is falsely implicated in this case because some hot exchange took place between the parties relating to money and due to that reason the informant lodged this case, further it is submitted that no professional would bring disrepute to his profession by acting in such weird manner Learned APP for the State opposes the bail application.

Considering the facts aforesaid and that the petitioner, is in custody, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet submitted, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Siwan, in connection with Pachrukhi P.S.
