The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that during the inspection of the school by the District Education Officer the informant asked
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2098 of 2015 (02) dt.19-01-2015 2/3 the District Education Officer about the closure of the school when petitioner no. 2 being the Headmaster of the school assaulted the informant and others.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury has been found to be simple and at earlier point of time complaint was made to the authorities about the interference in the construction work of the school and when the painting of the school was going on the informant side created disturbance whereupon petitioner no. 2 lodged Sheikhpura (Hathiyawan) P.S. Case No. 247 of 2014 on 01.07.2014 and as a retaliatory measure the present case has been lodged. It is further submitted that the informant is an outsider.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura
