The learned counsel for the respondents has referred to the letter dated 12.07.2019 issued by the Senior Treasury Officer, Buxar, whereby and whereunder a letter has been sent to the Accountant General Bihar, Patna for re-validation of the pension and gratuity amount of the petitioner herein.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18099 of 2018(4) dt.29-07-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and appropriate to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the respondent- authorities to ensure payment of the pension and gratuity amount (including arrears) within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the Senior Treasury Officer, Buxar and the Accountant General, Bihar Patna shall not draw their salaries.
