Mr. Ashok Kumar, the learned Advocate for the petitioner has requested for giving an early hearing to this case on the ground that the petitioner is carrying pregnancy of seven months.

The matter has thus been taken up today for consideration.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Kurtha (Manikpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 214/2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 302 of the Indian .

The father-in-law of the informant ultimately succumbed to the injuries.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has been made accused in this case only because of vengeance against her entire family. There is no specific accusation against her. The allegations are absolutely general and omnibus. The informant has not sustained any injury, which fact appears from various entries in the case diary during the course of investigation. Apart from this, it has been submitted that the petitioner is a married lady and today she is carrying pregnancy of seven months. Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the
