1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case being Chairman of the Cooperative Bank. It is next submitted that Sarfu Sai @ Sarfuddin Sah had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 37009 of 2026 and the same came to be allowed by an order dated 20.07.2026. It is next submitted that case of the petitioner if not akin is similar to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37501 of 2026(4) dt.20-07-2026 2/2 the case of Sarfu Sai.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the order dated 20.07.2026 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 37009 of 2026, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Naya Bhojpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2026 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.

Accordingly, the application stands allowed.
