The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of making assault to the informant and when the brothers of the informant came to rescue they were also assaulted.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injuries have been found to be simple except one injury of the informant which has been treated to be grievous since the informant complained about loss of vision of left eye and at earlier point of time petitioner lodged Bind P.S.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2088 of 2015 (02) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 Case No. 64 of 2014 against the informant and others. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
