The petitioner seeks a direction to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5854 of 2017 dt.17-01-2018 2/2 respondent-Bihar State Madarsa Education Board to correct the entry of his date of birth made in the provisional certificate of having passed Vastania and Faukania. The said examinations are equivalent to Class-VIII and matriculation respectively. The petitioner's date of birth has been mentioned as 01.11.1971 in the provisional certificate of having passed Faukania examination.

3. There is no basis for the petitioner to claim that such entry is incorrect. If the date of birth, as claimed by the petitioner to be correct, is treated to be correct, he would have passed Faukania examination at the age of ten years, which is highly impossible.

4. I do not find any merit in this application. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
