The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 324, 323, 447, 341, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case is that on 18.02.2016 at 9.00 A.M. the petitioner and other accused persons variously armed came and started abusing the informant. On protest being made the accused persons assaulted the informant with fists and slaps. It is alleged that on the order of co-accused Ranjeet Kumar, co-accused Bhura Yadav open fired from his pistol; which hit Kameshwar Yadav when the informant's mother came

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23114 of 2016 (2) dt.23-05-2016 2/2 to rescue co-accused Shiv Shankar Kumar and Pintu snatched gold chain worth Rs.25,000/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that specific accusation has been levelled against Ranjeet Kumar and Bhura Yadav. The accusation is omnibus and general against the petitioner.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 48 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
