Patna High Court CWJC No.17146 of 2017 dt.23-03-2018 2/2 this petition has been filed in public interest under Article 226 of the Constitution.

Keeping in view the nature of grievance made by the petitioner and for the present without expressing any opinion on the merits of the allegation, interest of justice would be met in case Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and proceed to take action as are permissible under law. Needless to emphasize that if any adverse action is required to be taken, it shall be incumbent upon the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to notice Respondent No. 9 herein and thereafter proceed in accordance with law. Action be taken and a communication made with regard to the same to the petitioner within a period of three months.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
