Petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Obra P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 325, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
From reading of the prosecution report, it is apparent that the incident was a fall out of Holi festival rivalry. Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Aurangabad, in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016,
