2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 334 of 2022 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 14.06.2022 by the informant, Lakhan Giri.

3. As per the prosecution story, the allegation is that, earlier, the accused wanted extortion money and upon refusal, the allegation is that he came to the house while the informant was sitting with his wife, opened fire which pierced through his jaw and another shot hit his shoulder. He was immediately shifted to PMCH, Patna which followed the FIR.

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court regarding the innocence, learned APP

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36734 of 2025(3) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 has taken this Court to the learned Sessions Judge order to show that not only he evaded arrest for three years but also twice he moved before the learned Sessions Judge, earlier rejected on 10.04.2023, instead of surrendering, again moved in the year 2025.

5. Taking into account the submission of the learned APP as also that there is a direct allegation against him, the anticipatory bail application stands rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U T
