Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State in virtual Court proceeding. Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that during pendency of the bail petition, the petitioner was acquitted by charges by the court of learned 6th Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, West Champaran, Bettiah, and as such, the present bail application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in connection with Gopalpur P.S.Case No.110 of 2017 pending in the court of learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge,
