====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 420, 354, 341, 342, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The informant alleges that she was married Yashraj in a temple on 05.01.2022 as he had established physical relation with her on pretext of marriage, it is next alleged that after marriage the family members including the petitioner were not happy with the informant and thus it is alleged that they assaulted her and snatched her mobile when she came to meet them and even demanded dowry of Rs. 15,00,000/-.

No.39021 of 2022(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is the brotherin-law of the informant and has been falsely implicated in the present case being brother of Yashraj, it is also submitted that there is no specific allegation alleged against him. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bhagalpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 11 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
