The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mithanpura P.S. Case No.36 of 2020, registered under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 63 and 65 of the Copyright Act.

The gist of the allegation is that the informant with the help of police after having received information that the petitioner and others are selling duplicate spare parts of TVS Company raided the shop of the petitioner and recovered one piece of duplicate air filter foam and two pieces of duplicate clutch cover kit sport of TVS Company.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not manufactured the duplicate parts of the TVS

Taking into consideration the facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M. (East), Muzaffarpur in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No.36 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
