The petitioners, who are in custody since 07.05.2021 seek bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 249 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 392/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

One of the accused persons of this case was arrested on the charge of snatching a mobile telephone of the informant, who has confessed the name of the petitioners also. Regard being had to the nature of accusation and the period of custody of the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48662 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 249 of 2020 .
