The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 2.5.2009 passed by the District Judge-cum-Principal Judge, Family Court, Jehanabad in Misc. case No.31 of 2008, by which he has enhanced the amount of maintenance from Rs.350/- to Rs.1000/- only to the Petitioner from the salary of the Opposite Party, which was assessed as Rs.11,153/- whereas it should have been Rs.30,000/- The submission is merely speculative with regard to the salary of the Opposite Party.

Hence, I find no reason for interference in the matter. However, if at all the Petitioner gets authentic documents with regard to the actual salary of the Opposite Party, it will be open to her to file

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.937 of 2014 dt.27-08-2015 2/2 such an application for enhancement of maintenance in the Court below.

With the aforesaid observations, the application stands disposed off.
