The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 470 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-420, 406, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that the petitioner only played the role of mediator in execution of sale deed and he neither executed the sale deed nor he is a witness of the execution of the aforesaid sale deed, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 470 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
