JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 28-07-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual Court proceedings. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B/ 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide a detailed order dated 13.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.35898 of 2019. This is the second attempt for the same prayer.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State as also perusing the material on record, as no new ground has been raised, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail at present.
