Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Specific allegation is that all the accused persons took Rs. 3,25,000/- at the time of settlement and thereafter filed a fake case to extract more money.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of accusation against these petitioners, this court
