2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to grant 'No Objection Certifice' for running the retail outlet petrol pump of H.P.C.L. at Samastipur Tajpur Road as the petitioner has already deposited requisite salami and rent in the year 2015.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset states that the No Objection Certificate has been issued and the grievance of the petitioner raised in the present writ petition stands
