JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2016 Petitioner being husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the daughter of the informant committed suicide due to the torture inflicted by the accused persons including the petitioner within six months of the marriage.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Vibhutipur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2015, G.R. No. 963 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Rosera,
