JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 73 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that petitioner is

There is direct allegation against the petitioner of firing at the chest of the father of the informant. The injury report also corroborates the same. Hence, petitioner does not deserve to be enlarged on anticipatory bail. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the opposite party, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
