The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 328 of 2014 registered under Sections 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
Regard being had to the nature of allegation, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21252 of 2016 (2) dt.24-05-2016 2 / 2 event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 328 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
