The learned counsel for the State is present. The present contempt application has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 20.12.2017 in C.W.J.C. No. 19307 of 2013 whereby the Court held that the petitioner is entitled for consideration for grant of A.C.P. under the Scheme

Patna High Court MJC No.3678 of 2018(3) dt.25-02-2023 2/2 and it was directed that within two months the consideration for grant of ACP had to be done.

The learned counsel for the State submits that a supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the O.P. No. 1 to 7 on 29.08.2022 and from perusal of Para-9, it would manifest that the order has been complied.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the State, the present contempt application is dismissed.
