2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 157 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the informant Mahendra Mahto made allegation in the FIR that the marriage of his daughter was solemnized with co-accused Law Kumar on 14.05.2021. For some times, his daughter passed peaceful days in her matrimonial house, but thereafter the accused persons named in the FIR, including the petitioner started torturing her for nonfulfillment demand of dowry of Rs. 5 lacs. On 20.09.2021, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39344 of 2023(2) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 informant received an information that accused persons, including the petitioner have committed dowry death of the deceased.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely because he is brother-in-law of the husband of the deceased. He has no concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple and he is resident of another village.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 157 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
