The petitioner was apprehended, and from his possession one loaded country-made pistol was recovered. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, but after being arrested in this case, the petitioner got involved in Khaira P.S. Case No. 73/14 and Khaira P.S.Case No. 74/14.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than seven months for recovery of one loaded country-made pistol, it is directed that the petitioner, named above, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
