Learned counsel for the State submits that the grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed and not only that the petitioner has accorded his consent by way of filing no objection certificate to dispose of the present petition in Lok Adalat. The copy of the consent letter is annexed as Annexure-D to the supplementary counter affidavit filed by the State bearing oath No. 4623 dated 07.11.2022.

3. In this background, this case is directed to be closed with liberty to the petitioner, if he is still aggrieved, he may file
