JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 10-03-2015 The grievance of the petitioner is that the certain dues for the work discharged under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MANREGA for short) remains pending for disbursement with the authority.

Mr. Harish Kumar G.P. 32 submits that the appropriate authority in the present case to consider the grievance of the petitioner would be Deputy Development Commissioner, who happens to be Coordinator of the programme in the District. In the circumstances and taking note of the grievance of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.624 of 2015 (2) dt.10-03-2015 2 / 2 petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the respondent no. 3 i.e. the Deputy Development Commissioner -cum-Upper Programme Coordinator, MANREGA, Programme, Nalanda at Biharsharif and any such application being filed by the petitioner would be considered and disposed of in accordance with law by the authority concerned within three months from the date of receipt/ filing of such representation.
