This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 31 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. During the hearing of another anticipatory bail application i.e. Criminal Miscellaneous No.34485 of 2020, a report was called for from the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police, West Champaran, who have reported that the work, in question, has been completed by the petitioners.
Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2032 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2021 2/2 allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Bagaha, District- West Champaran, in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 31 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
