2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 325 , 354(B), 379, 447, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date

No.42992 of 2024(2) dt.23-07-2024 2/3 and time of occurrence, when informant was going to procure milk, in the meantime all the accused persons including these petitioners armed with lathi and farsa attacked one Raushan Kumar and when informant and others intervened they were also assaulted by the accused persons. It is further alleged that they also snatched cash and jewelry from wife of the informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that both the parties are close agnates and due to previous enmity a simple altercation took place between them in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case . Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against these petitioners. Rest of the allegation is super addition to make the case grave .
5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.
6 Considering the general and omnibus allegation of assault against these petitioners and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - Ist , Madhubani in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 248 of 2023 , subject
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42992 of 2024(2) dt.23-07-2024 3/3 to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
