JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 354A, 379,448, 427, 325, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Prevention of Witch Practices Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no specific overt Act has been alleged against the petitioners of causing injury to any person and his name has been wrongly

Taking into consideration, the allegations mentioned in the FIR, I am inclined to allow the petitioners on bail, in the event of arrest they shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
