BEFORE THE LOK ADALAT HELD AT HIGH COURT PATNA CWJC No. 9071 of 2016 Petitioner :Mahendra Prasad Yadav Respondent :The State of Bihar & Ors Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Rajeev Ranjan Prasad Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Amish Kumar, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation are present. Sri Akhileshwar Kumar Singh, Additional Municipal Commissioner is also present.

Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees that in view of the statements made in the counter affidavit on behalf of the Municipal Corporation, the matter may be disposed of by recording the undertaking of the Additional Municipal Commissioner that the petitioner shall be paid all his post retiral dues strictly as per his turn and without any discrimination. The Additional Municipal Commissioner agrees that all admitted retiral dues of the petitioner shall be paid strictly as per his turn without any discrimination and in case discrimination is found the petitioner will have liberty to move this Court. The matter is disposed of as agreed between the parties. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
