JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-08-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased, is that she along with others had killed the deceased by sprinkling kerosene oil and setting her on fire.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general and omnibus allegation and moreover petitioner is a lady of 70 years.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail stating that in the FIR there is specific allegation against the petitioner and witnesses have supported

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38055 of 2019(3) dt.27-08-2019 2/2 the prosecution case during investigation against the petitioner. In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. She may surrender and pray for regular bail. With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
