The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 82 of 2019 arising out of Rohtas P.S. Case No. 249 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 304(B), 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40103 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is rotting in judicial custody since 01.10.2018 which is more than two and half years and on the ground of custody itself, the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rohtas in connection with S.T. No. 82 of 2019 arising out of Rohtas P.S. Case No. 249 of 2018.
