JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2018 The petitioner by way of the present writ petition seeks promotion on the post of Vegetable Extension Worker, now Block Horticulture Officer with effect from 26.02.2010, the date on which his junior employees were promoted to the said post. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing a representation regarding his aforesaid grievances before the respondent no.2 within four weeks from today and the respondent no.2 may be directed to dispose of the same within a specified period.

It is directed that in case the petitioner files a representation before the respondent no.2 with regard to his aforesaid grievances, the respondent no.2 will dispose of the same

Patna High Court CWJC No.767 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks thereafter by a reasoned and speaking order.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
