JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-06-2019 Heard Sri Bhaskar Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 19-03-2019 in Obra P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019 registered for offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, 1959, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has specifically drawn my attention to statement made in paragraph - 3 of the petition to show that the petitioner is having clean antecedent. He further submits that on false accusation of recovery of one live cartridge, the petitioner has been made accused and without speedy trial, he is languishing in jail.

Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35624 of 2019(2) dt.04-06-2019 2/2 and period of custody, let the petitioner namely Anand Kishore Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, District - Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019.
