The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 256 of 2020 registered under Sections 272, 273/34 of the I.P.C. read with section 30(a), 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected vide order dated 20.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14760 of 2021.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 20.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14760 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38922 of 2022(2) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 2021. Now, there is no fresh ground in the present bail application.

Hence, the petitioner does not deserve to be enlarged on anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
