2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 532C of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 498A of the India Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, lodged on 03.09.2021 by the Complainant Poona Devi.
3. As per the prosecution story, the complainant alleged that she was married to the petitioner seven years ago, however, immediately after the marriage the demand/torture started/continued and on 08.08.2021. The allegation is that she was assaulted, silver ornaments snatched and thrown out of the home. This led to the FIR.
4. Earlier, the Court wanted the couple to come to negotiation table and solve the matter. However, despite the earlier direction, the same could not be resolved and contention

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is legally wedded wife and in any case, want to take care of her for which he is ready to pay Rs. 6,000/- per month which shall go to the bank account of the complainant bearing Account No.010110666503, IFSC Code-IPOS0000001, CIF No.6114186209 of India Post Payment Bank, by 10th of every month and if he fails to do so, the Court/the lady shall be free to take steps for cancellation of bail-bonds, if granted relief.
6. Learned counsel for the complainant though opposes the prayer, submit that for her everyday need, when the petitioner is ready to take care, she has no objection.

In that background, taking into account the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to extend him the privilege of anticipatory bail, subject to payment of Rs. 6,000/- per month which will go in the aforesaid account of complainant on 10th of every month, failing which, she will free to take immediate steps for cancellation of bail-bond of the petitioner.
8. Let the petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38760 of 2025(4) dt.21-11-2025 3/3 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Supaul, in connection with Complaint Case No. 532C of 2021 subject to the following conditions:- (i) one of the bailor should be the family member/relative of the petitioner who shall provide official document to show his/her bona fide:
(ii) the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of his/her bail bond by the Trial Court itself;
(iii) the petitioner shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidences, failing which the State shall be at liberty to rake steps for cancellation of the bail bonds;
(iv) the petitioner shall desist from committing any criminal offence again, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of bail bonds. (Rajiv Roy, J) Jyoti/- U T
