2. The petitioner retired after attaining the age of superannuation on 30.06.2009 from the post of Assistant Teacher, Primary School, Nazirpur, Muzaffarpur.
3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that she

Accordingly, a direction has been sought from this Court to the respondents to pay all her post-retiral dues including pension, gratuity, leave encashment and General Provident Fund amount etc.
4. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State of Bihar stating therein that the petitioner failed to submit necessary documents on the basis of which pensionary benefits could be sanctioned and authorized for payment in her favour.
communication, dated 03.05.2016, made by the District Programme Officer (Estb.), Muzaffarpur, has been brought on record, whereby, the petitioner has been asked to furnish certain documents for the purpose of payment of post-retiral dues. 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that after issuance of the said letter, dated 03.05.2016, the petitioner has furnished the required documents and papers before the competent authority.

Considering the above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Estb.), Muzaffarpur, to finalize the post-retiral dues of the petitioner and ensure that entire payments are paid within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this judgment and order.

7. It goes without saying that the petitioner shall be entitled for statutory interest on the General Provident Fund amount in accordance with law.
