JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 02-02-2022 The matter has been heard via video conferencing. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to file objection under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914 before the concerned authority. We hereby dispose off the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file objection. In case objections are filed within two weeks from today, the concerned authority shall decide the matter within six weeks thereafter. Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
