2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Special POCSO Case No. 74 of 2025 arising out of Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025 registered under Sections-115(2), 126(2), 74, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. Act and Section-8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. Both the victims are the girls of 12 years and 13 years of age respectively. Allegedly, when they were returning from the coaching, the petitioner and the co-accused dragged her into orchard and started committing misdeed/teasing with them. 4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner and the victims are the agnates and the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case without any rhyme and reasons.

5. On the otherhand, the learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.
