The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Garkha P.S. Case No. 131 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308 and 504/34of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.

The Informant alleged that while he was constructing his hut the petitioner and others came and uprooted the hut. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Saraswati Devi, the wife of the Informant with "Khanti" on her head. It is submitted that the petitioner is the brother of the Informant and there is land dispute between the parties but it appears that the petitioner assaulted the wife of the Informant with "Khanti" causing injuries on head on account of which she fainted and fell down on the earth and the blood was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22475 of 2016 (3) dt.25-07-2016 oozing out from the head of the wife of the Informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
