25-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
While hearing anticipatory bail of the petitioner, learned Sessions Judge, Katihar, refused to grant anticipatory bail on the ground that petitioner had inflicting Dabiya blow on the head of wife of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that it is the informant, who was also in drunken state, thrown the bottle and on protest this occurrence took place.
