JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 365 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the husband of the informant was taken by this petitioner and fraudulently got a sale deed with regard to the land of the informant executed.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the after receiving due consideration money, sale deed was executed by the husband of the informant in favour of the petitioner on 17.02.2014 when the complaint was filed on 19.02.2014 which came to be registered as a police case on 26.06.2014 and title suit for cancellation of sale deed is also pending.
