Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 79, 303(2), 329, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that accused persons including the petitioner came on 7-3-2026 at 6:30 PM to his house on account of an existing land dispute and Manoj caught the informant and petitioner assaulted him by an iron rod causing injury on head and accused also assaulted his mother and son-in-law, while Mahendra snatched his locket

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant on account of dispute relating to land. It is next submitted that petitioner is own uncle of the informant and the date of occurrence is 7-3-2026 and the fardbayan was recorded on 10-3-2026 in the hospital and thereafter the instant FIR came to be instituted on 14-3-2026. It is further submitted that the injury suffered by the injured has been opined to be simple in nature as would manifest from the injury report annexed as Annexure-2 to the anticipatory bail application. It is also submitted that even blow is not alleged to have been repeated. It is next submitted that the antecedent which the petitioner carries is of the year 2010 and the said case also was instituted on account of dispute relating to property.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties
